Shipping policy

  •  We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100. (Not applicable for international orders.)

 

  • Domestic orders will usually be shipped within 5-10 business days.

 

  • We are not responsible for any customs/VAT fees for international order.

 

  • Orders must be returned within 30 days of the day of delivery for any returns/refunds. See our Return/Refund Policy. Please get in contact with customer service first if you would like to make a return.


  • We recommend shipping the package to a secure location with someone available to retrieve it. 415City Apparel is not responsible for stolen packages. 

 

  • There is NO OPTION for 415City Apparel to relay specific messages or instructions to the parcel carrier once a package has shipped.
